Who we are
Brunswick Homeloans is authorised and regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority.
In this privacy notice, references to ‘we’, ‘us’, and ‘our’ are references to Brunswick Homeloans.
What information we collect & how
During the course of dealing with us we will ask you to provide us with detailed personal information relating to your existing circumstances, your financial situation and, in some cases, your health and family health history.
To enable us to assist you in relation to a mortgage and/or insurance requirements, the information that we collect includes:
- Title, names, date of birth, gender, nationality, marital status, contact details, national insurance number, addresses and documents that are necessary to verify your identity.
- Employment and income information, (including salary/bonus schemes/ overtime/ sick pay/ pay allowances/ other benefits), employment history.
- Bank account details, loans and credit commitments, personal credit history, sources of income and expenditure, family circumstances and details of dependants.
- Health status and history, details of treatment and prognosis, medical reports
- Any pre-existing mortgage and/or insurance products and the terms and conditions relating to these.
- Marketing preferences
We will collect and record your information from a variety of sources, but mainly directly from you. This will enable us to establish your needs and circumstances in relation to mortgages and insurance. You will provide information to us verbally and in writing, including email.
We may also obtain some information from third parties, for example, credit checks, information from your employer and searches of information in the public domain such as the voters roll.
What we do with your information
Any personal information we collect about you will be used in accordance with the data protection laws. The details we collect will be used:
- For the purposes of providing advice, administration and management of your enquiry.
- To keep you up to date with the latest information about Brunswick Homeloans, product updates and offers. You can opt out at any time.

- To carry out market research

When we speak to you about your mortgage/insurance requirements we do so on the basis that a contract for the supply of services is in place between us. In order to fulfil that contract, and to arrange the products you require, we have the right to use your information for these purposes.

1. Website Privacy Policy
